Apparently I was knocked unconscious in the accident and the two people I called were my wife and my StateFarm agent Tony Kim.Tony took the time to drive to the accident scene and direct the sheriff and tow company where to tow my vehicle.Before I was released from the hospital Tony had taken care of everything needed to start the claims process. The sheriffs actually told me about all that he’d did while on scene. “So let me start by saying that the woman Ashley who fielded my distress call was super kind and compassionate about my unfortunate situation . She made it so easy to get my titan towed to my house I was in shock.
Then as If that wasn't enough to remove all my unhappiness and depression that the transmission went out in my truck. Amari towing sends my boy Anthony out on my service call and what a chill cool cat this man was. His nonchalant demeanor put me around ease about the whole ordeal.
