The sheriffs actually told me about all that he’d did while on scene. “After a very disappointing experience in purchasing home and auto insurance with an agent at the AAA Encino branch — which turned out to be a complete waste of time and a source of frustration — I decided to take my case to the AAA branch in Woodland Hills. Shaw was knowledgeable, multilingual, efficient, patient, and genuinely friendly.
