“One of my CPAP tubes broke while I was out of town from Arizona. I was lucky to find Valley CPAP. Although I originally thought the problem was my mask, Andy was able to identify the actual issue and had the part I needed. He was a wealth of information regarding CPAP in general and a variety of masks in particular. Andy did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. I would happily go back there for my replacement supplies when I am back in town.”

“I originally visited because I needed some basic incontinence products for my elderly aunt, but when I saw the huge selection readily available, I soon returned. I’ve been there four times since then, and they have accommodating hours of operation too (which is especially helpful when dealing with small emergencies that older folks have). I’ve since bought a knee brace, bed rails, a reclining wheelchair, and a commode. All were effective, good quality, and ready to use.
Iman helped me most recently and was great, but the whole staff have always been really helpful. Well done.”

“Happened to be in VanNuys area visiting the sister-in-law's so popped in as an excuse to get away from the gossip. They have a pretty good selection of stuff. Actually picked up a 15 gallon water barrel for one of my sister-in-laws. If I had driven out, I would have bought a couple for me as the pricing was pretty good for something that is hard to find where I live.”

“I have got the vf2000 vr visual field aparatus and both myself and my patients really love it !! much shorter and more comfortable examination. I compared the vf2000 results of more than hundred patients doing the sita 24-2 on the standart instrument and the results are similar - namely accurecy is not compromised though it takes half the time and more comfortable seating so it is now part of my routine workup exam.
Some improvements though are desirable :
1. the FDT test is not as sensitive as the Seiss 's
2. a more user friendly program of comparing old and new tests
of the same patient .

“Rx point is the quintessential local family pharmacy. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to get the prescription you need when you need it (even when there was a national shortage he was able to get what I needed), has good communication, and most importantly fills your prescriptions quickly after they are ordered from your doctor. The personal customer service of remembering my name when I come in and what prescription is mine shows he cares a lot for his customers. The pharmacy is conveniently located next to Ralph's making it easier to run errands with two toddlers. I've never had to wait in a line. I'll never go to CVS or a big pharmacy again!”

In the past, I had always used CVS and Walgreens, but dear lord... I just could not take it anymore - the being put on an endless hold, the angry staff, the robocalls telling me my prescription was ready, only to drive down and find out that they don't have it. Don't get me wrong, working for a giant corporate behemoth must be soul crushing, and I definitely have sympathy for the pharmacists at those places, and it bums me out when I see them chastised by some inept rich lady in flip flops, but man, CVS just became too dehumanizing an experience for me to partake in anymore.
So I finally gave Dr. Pharmacy Rx a chance and have stuck with them ever since. They always pick up the phone, and they always call me back, and if there is any issue whatsoever, they figure it out. I cannot recommend this place enough. They make you a believer in independent business.”
