“Recently came by to get my plaster matched. I was fortunate enough to have Evan help me. Super kind! I can tell Evan tried his best to match my original formula and I so appreciate that! He did warn me ahead of time that it would be difficult to match because we were going from gallon to a quart and the minimum amount of blue was already being used in the gallon. Once I came home I used the plaster and could not tell there was a noticeable difference until it dried. I called Benjamin Moore and Evan answered. He had the best customer service and remembered the situation. I can tell he just wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my color. I told him I'd just come back to purchase the gallon to get the exact color match and he was kind enough to offer a price adjustment. I went in another day to get a gallon to match my original formula exactly and there was another young man who was there (i won't call out his name). I tried to explain to him the situation but he was adamant about not giving me an adjustment unless I had the quart can even though I had already spoken to Evan about it. He said I could go home and come back if I wanted the price adjustment. Such an inconvenience. Although he was probably right about me needing to bring back the quart can, I was extremely disappointed and turned off by the lack of understanding that he had. It was Evan's customer service that had me come back the second time despite not having the exact color match. Thank you Evan and Gabe. You both were very kind and I appreciate you guys going the extra mile to accommodate your customers.”
“David and Rena were so helpful. They went above and beyond for me. I really appreciate that they were on top of they're game with product knowledge and the customer service is superior. They were so welcoming and they enjoy thier job. I am all about customer service and when someone loves or enjoys they're job it make a world of difference to the customer service one receives. The store person there took the time to analyze my requirements and helped me locate the correct size adapter to connect my sink to my portable washer. I am grateful for their exceptional service and want to give them my heartfelt appreciation. Kudos to Reseda Hardware Supply for going above and beyond to assist me!”

“Hello! We were torn over what color to paint our house, and color consultant Dilni Peiris did a FABULOUS job helping us decide. She even photoshopped the facade in three colors, so we could choose. She went above and beyond in many ways! First, she asked to photoshop the most complicated side of our home. We're on a hill, so one side is a tiny, flat surface, but the back is two stories with balconies, and that's the one she wanted to work with, even though it was clearly much more labor intensive. She also was incredibly patient with our endless questions and visits (thank you!!!). And everyone in the store was kind and very helpful. And (okay, sorry if this is weird) they have the best in-store music playlist ever! Great experience, thanks to everyone especially Dilni! Andrea Drever, Sherman Oaks”

“Dunn Edwards has by far the best quality paint we've used, so we continue to return. I was ecstatic when the Agoura Hills Store opened because I don't have to drive far if I need additional paint. One thing to keep in mind though, when you purchase boxed plastic sheeting from this store-- make sure the box wasn't re-sealed, or open the box before leaving I was unlucky to pick up a sealed box with a used roll (probably a return that the store didn't check). Fortunately whatever remained on the roll was sufficient, but it's not a good feeling to open a box and discover that someone else already tore off what they needed.”

“I have been buying my paint from this particular Sherwin Williams for over 10 years. I have always received great service . Beginning from Sepideh who was the assistant manager then, she and the staff would provide free Keurig coffee / tea and they had a big table to set up our projects.The staff have always been very patient, kind, polite . Now there is no more refreshments but, the service has not diminished. Recently, I have been assisted by Elizabeth Moreno, she provides the epitome of perfect customer service, whenever I am at the store she greets all customers, able to give you guidance on color matching and LRV of a certain color. Yesterday I came to the store a few minutes before closing and Elizabeth was willing to mix some Paint for me with a very cheerful attitude. She always makes me feel welcome to come in the store. I hope she knows that she is very much appreciated Several times a year Sherwin Williams will have "specials"on their paint and it really makes it a good value as the quality of paint is excellent.”

He saved me the stress of having to pretend that I cared about or even knew the difference between pure white, and extra white. And probably saved me a fight and a night of me sleeping on the couch.
