“Recently came by to get my plaster matched. I was fortunate enough to have Evan help me. Super kind! I can tell Evan tried his best to match my original formula and I so appreciate that! He did warn me ahead of time that it would be difficult to match because we were going from gallon to a quart and the minimum amount of blue was already being used in the gallon. Once I came home I used the plaster and could not tell there was a noticeable difference until it dried. I called Benjamin Moore and Evan answered. He had the best customer service and remembered the situation. I can tell he just wanted to make sure I was satisfied with my color. I told him I'd just come back to purchase the gallon to get the exact color match and he was kind enough to offer a price adjustment. I went in another day to get a gallon to match my original formula exactly and there was another young man who was there (i won't call out his name). I tried to explain to him the situation but he was adamant about not giving me an adjustment unless I had the quart can even though I had already spoken to Evan about it. He said I could go home and come back if I wanted the price adjustment. Such an inconvenience. Although he was probably right about me needing to bring back the quart can, I was extremely disappointed and turned off by the lack of understanding that he had. It was Evan's customer service that had me come back the second time despite not having the exact color match. Thank you Evan and Gabe. You both were very kind and I appreciate you guys going the extra mile to accommodate your customers.”

Dilni came up with amazing ideas for stucco color/trim/door that we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. She was very prompt in answering follow up questions. The Project came out fantastic. The store person there took the time to analyze my requirements and helped me locate the correct size adapter to connect my sink to my portable washer. “I have been buying my paint from this particular Sherwin Williams for over 10 years. I have always received great service . Beginning from Sepideh who was the assistant manager then, she and the staff would provide free Keurig coffee / tea and they had a big table to set up our projects.The staff have always been very patient, kind, polite . Now there is no more refreshments but, the service has not diminished. Recently, I have been assisted by Elizabeth Moreno, she provides the epitome of perfect customer service, whenever I am at the store she greets all customers, able to give you guidance on color matching and LRV of a certain color. Yesterday I came to the store a few minutes before closing and Elizabeth was willing to mix some Paint for me with a very cheerful attitude. She always makes me feel welcome to come in the store. I hope she knows that she is very much appreciated Several times a year Sherwin Williams will have "specials"on their paint and it really makes it a good value as the quality of paint is excellent.”
