“They have always been friendly and treated me well. No charge or fee for printed monthly statements, unlike the creeps across the street. I had direct deposit from my employer for years and never had a hitch. However, I never needed a loan from them and I never use ATMs--theirs or anybody else's. Again, I much appreciate fee free banking, but my needs are simple.”

He walked us through the process of opening up accts for savings and checking. We appreciated the kind manner and time he spent with us to achieve our goal of opening up accts. at a local bank. We were so used to the rush-rush mentality of the Silicon Valley where most banks don't have time to say hello let alone walk you through opening up accts to do banking. “I just want to shout out one of the (what I think was) managers at this branch. It was a busy Thursday. I needed cash out that couldn’t be done at the drive thru ATM so I had to bring my 1.5 year old and my 3 year old into the bank. The line was so long, the kids were restless, but this woman (I wish I could remember her name) entertained my kiddos and played with them at her desk until I could complete my transaction. “There are bank tellers and then are BANK TELLERS in capital letters. It's rare to develope an affinity for banking employees and to be please with the procedure and regulations banks impose. It's also unusual to be treated with as much respect as a high end large deposits and equities client is treated. Especially when you are a lowly blue collar barely making ends meet client. Yet every time I have gone in do any banking business with this branch I have left with a smile and a positive interaction in my pocket . While I am not doing any money marketing manuevers or hefty depositing , I am always greeted with a smile and genuine courtesy as to helping me with the business at hand I am there to facilitate. Somtimes there is a line I'll admit, but it's always worth the wait as I know the employees are giving every customer the attention and dedicated approach in their best interest. I'll also admit to having a favorite, and if you go there try to pick his window. Without telling his name, you will recognize him by the well manicured appearance , pleasingly coiffed hair, quality ensamble and natural ease of pleasantries topped with spot on professionalism and discretion . Okay, I'll just tell you, Eric is the banker you always hope opens when it comes to you turn. Thank you for all the extra effort and help you've graciously provided me on many occasions. you are an asset to this particular branch and this Bank.”

“I’ve always have had the friendliest customer service here. Very professional bank tellers. Small parking lot so at peak times it might be hard to find a spot. One time I found a wallet someone dropped in the parking lot, it had a fair amount of money inside. I took it inside to turn it in and the tellers recognized the elderly lady from her ID. The bank called me later that day and told me that they got it back to her. Felt good.”
“I have been a member here for about 40 years. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. Jennifer has taken great care of us too. The car loans are very competitive and I've found the online banking to be reliable. I hope they never leave their downtown location. It's super convenient, the parking is free and close to the door and its easy to get in and out of. Top notch!”

“This place is pretty easy to go for typical deposits and withdrawals. They don’t offer full scale services like chase or big banks but I find it easy to bank here, never have any issues. People getting upset at this place are probably people that blame others for being broke and put on the surprised act at the counter. Do better and quit banking here then, wells fargo will surely treat you better! Haha”
