Golden 1 Credit Union is a fantastic credit union, admired nationwide and serving over a million Californians. It provides great and awesome service, with friendly, professional, and super sweet staff who are quick to respond to issues. Members report many good and happy experiences at any branch, praising the consistent helpfulness. The credit union offers considerable convenience with many branches and access to thousands of fee-free ATMs. A noted downside at some locations is a lack of parking, which can be challenging, and some members wish for more local branches or ATMs. Despite this, it is highly recommended by its members.
The past four years I've been utilizing Golden 1 Bank here in Chico I've never had any unpleasant visits except today I'm just going to leave it at Araceli is not very helpful and next time I'll go to the other window
