I feel badly for the employees here. They seem to always be understaffed, esp in Pharmacy. Store now forces self checkout 90% of the time which just annoys me in all stores. It takes longer for them to talk through the process then to just do it, esp for elderly. Staff is doing their best but management cutting too many... read full comment
