I ordered an item on July 17th. Today is August 14th and nothing has arrived. The tracking number I was given doesn't work. Their phone number doesn't accept incoming calls. No one is replying to my e mails.DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Ordered items for Christmas on Dec 6, was not shipped until Dec 28 after I filed a complaint. Only “excuse” was that they were having processing delays due to the holidays, which was no where stated on their website at the time I ordered. Item was finally received today, Jan 6.
