“I came into Diamond W looking for hat cleaner as my wool hat had blown off in the street and gotten pretty dirty. The young guy and gal that were working couldn't have been more polite, friendly, and helpful. They cleaned my hat at no charge and also were generous enough to also send me home with hat cleaner at no charge. I didn't catch the employee's names, but I couldn't have had a better experience! “The store looks great. I live out of town and hadn't been there for awhile. EVERYTHING has been cleaned up and reorganized. I didn't have any trouble navigating, self serve order pickup worked great and the new checkout area is set up similar to Marshall's stores with a single line funneling into multiple cashiers. There were lots of pretty things to look at along the way. Nicely done through out the store and very clean.”

“This Tilly's is by far the friendliest and most helpful location that I have ever visited. The employees are very people oriented and more than willing to go above and beyond. On my visit today I was helped by Lilian on the floor when I was struggling to look for a specific item and was given the best answer for what I needed. They took their time to give me the best information so that I could make the proper decision on my purchase. As I got to the register, I was greeted by Lily who had great, positive energy and great customer service. My trip today couldn't have gone any smoother. The location owner is very lucky to have a solid, hardworking team!”

I was a little concerned when their order confirmation page did not include a USPS Priority Mail tracking number and link. When I looked into their location and customer service access, things got weird. But then a CHAT link popped up and Sara was amazing.”

“Great service and great clothing! Delanie helped me out allot we started out with style and then I was pleasantly surprised to have to go down three sizes. It required her to get a set of pants off the manquen. The only problem I have with this store is the AC is way too cold! So corporate needs to fix this because the store has no control over this.
