I was in Chico taken care of few errand Sarah went above and beyond to help me with helping me upgrade to a new iPhone, switching to a better plan, and the troubleshooting with my old device. Even though I wound up with a new phone, she was awesome. The store was clean, the wait time was minimal, and the staff was genuinely friendly without being pushy. What stood out the most was how patient they were explaining my options, how quickly they got me set up, and that they found me a promotion I didn't even know about. Lol. “This place is the store you want to buy anything apple. They are reliable, they have used products that actually work and unlike most other places in the same line of business, they offer some type of warranty, one of the key factors that will keep me coming back. This is a place that keeps their promises, they sell you quality, reasonably priced parts the photo below is my last purchase. A used cord for my iMac it only it looks brand new but it works ( I bought similar OEM from another place and it worked for a couple of days and it was done)
