“Easy 5 stars I took my phone in for a screen and camera lens repair with Naveed, the repair was done within 20 minutes and the pricing was extremely reasonable. “This place is the store you want to buy anything apple. They are reliable, they have used products that actually work and unlike most other places in the same line of business, they offer some type of warranty, one of the key factors that will keep me coming back. This is a place that keeps their promises, they sell you quality, reasonably priced parts the photo below is my last purchase. A used cord for my iMac it only it looks brand new but it works ( I bought similar OEM from another place and it worked for a couple of days and it was done) Thank you for your great service”

“I despise standing in line at the Verizon store always crowded always a wait. Here if you see it is busy, come in at opening on most days, no to minimal wait time”

“I was very satisfied with the service. I accidentally hit the wrong number in the text. Rey was great! He was super helpful and patient. Also, Rey was my sales rep. not Jesse B. I only dealt with Jesse for five minutes when I came back to pick up my iPhone. I dealt with Rey for well over an hour. Not sure why Jesse’s name in on my orders, but it’s Rey that should get the credit!”

“I had an excellent experience at this AT&T store last week. I was in Chico taken care of few errand Sarah went above and beyond to help me with helping me upgrade to a new iPhone, switching to a better plan, and the troubleshooting with my old device. Even though I wound up with a new phone, she was awesome. The store was clean, the wait time was minimal, and the staff was genuinely friendly without being pushy. What stood out the most was how patient they were explaining my options, how quickly they got me set up, and that they found me a promotion I didn't even know about. Lol. I'd highly recommend this location for any AT&T help that anyone may need. I most definitely will be back for sure. Thank you Sarah.”
