I was in Chico taken care of few errand Sarah went above and beyond to help me with helping me upgrade to a new iPhone, switching to a better plan, and the troubleshooting with my old device. Even though I wound up with a new phone, she was awesome. The store was clean, the wait time was minimal, and the staff was genuinely friendly without being pushy. What stood out the most was how patient they were explaining my options, how quickly they got me set up, and that they found me a promotion I didn't even know about. Lol. “Best Buy and Geek Squad were unable to help transfer data from my broken phone to my new one, but iRepair was able to do it. They communicated, kept me updated throughout everything, and I didn't have to break the bank to get it fixed. They are absolutely amazing and I will be taking all my phone and computer work to them I highly recommend iRepair.”
