“I had such a great experience at Verizon thanks to Jose. He went above and beyond helping my grandpa switch to a different phone, and his patience truly stood out. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure we were comfortable with the changes, and never rushed us. It’s not often you come across someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and attentive. Jose made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and smooth. Verizon is lucky to have an employee like him!”
“I had an excellent experience at this AT&T store last week. I was in Chico taken care of few errand Sarah went above and beyond to help me with helping me upgrade to a new iPhone, switching to a better plan, and the troubleshooting with my old device. Even though I wound up with a new phone, she was awesome. The store was clean, the wait time was minimal, and the staff was genuinely friendly without being pushy. What stood out the most was how patient they were explaining my options, how quickly they got me set up, and that they found me a promotion I didn't even know about. Lol. I'd highly recommend this location for any AT&T help that anyone may need. I most definitely will be back for sure. Thank you Sarah.”
“They were able to save all of my photos from an old phone that died and place them on a new to me phone (used and inexpensive) and set up exactly like my old one. Yay! A few months later I dropped it and cracked the screen. They replaced the screen in the time that I took for me to go out and buy a cup of coffee. They are so congenial and I felt like they really want to provide a good product for a reasonable price and that I am happy when I leave.”
“I was very satisfied with the service. I accidentally hit the wrong number in the text. Rey was great! He was super helpful and patient. Also, Rey was my sales rep. not Jesse B. I only dealt with Jesse for five minutes when I came back to pick up my iPhone. I dealt with Rey for well over an hour. Not sure why Jesse’s name in on my orders, but it’s Rey that should get the credit!”

“I brought my 13 inch iPad Pro to All N 1 Cellular to have a new charging port put in it. It wouldn’t take a charge, and it was completely out of battery. It took two days to get the part and he put it in PERFECTLY in another day. I happen to know that replacing that is a delicate procedure because I watched a couple of videos on how to do it. I knew that I certainly wasn’t going to try to take the screen off of my iPad. You need special equipment and to have at least seen it done. His work was exceptional, and he managed to save the screen protector! Can’t say enough good things.”

“I left home today to get home internet service and equipment. I visited three other providers in the mall to get this done including the carrier I have phone service with already. The prices are not as advertised and they just treated me like I was some Foreigner with no money and didn't deserve home internet so, I I walk into T-Mobile and Brian helped me gave me exactly what I wanted and needed beginning with exceptional service inside the store! I walked out of that store 20 minutes after I entered with everything I needed and great service! I'd recommend T-Mobile and Brian at the store to anyone including all of my friends! Good job guys! I went in there thinking I shattered my back camera (I had him order the part and everything) and I did not realize my camera actually had a screen protector- and wasn’t actually broken. I felt so bad, but he was so nice and helpful. I offered to pay for the part but he waived it off and told me not to sweat it!
