I paid the quote I was given it was done in twenty minutes and he gave us a discount on a screen protector. I will definitely come back if I need more repairs or phone accessories.”

“I brought my 13 inch iPad Pro to All N 1 Cellular to have a new charging port put in it. It wouldn’t take a charge, and it was completely out of battery. It took two days to get the part and he put it in PERFECTLY in another day. I happen to know that replacing that is a delicate procedure because I watched a couple of videos on how to do it. I knew that I certainly wasn’t going to try to take the screen off of my iPad. You need special equipment and to have at least seen it done. His work was exceptional, and he managed to save the screen protector! Can’t say enough good things.”
“8-30-24 I needed a battery replacement for my IPhone ll and David was on spot and replaced it in less then 45 minutes for only $80! He was very informative, pleasant, easy to talk with and I felt trustworthy. David and Ben’s prices for parts and labor are very reasonable and their store (David and Ben are co-owners of iRepair) easily beat the local competition.
I checked out various Facebook local Chico groups and iRepair came up time and time again, recommended by customers having had various repairs completed.”

“Been here several times since moving to Chico. Usually there’s a guy there who I feel doesn’t care to be there. Today, however…. Misty helped us. I can’t express enough how amazing she is. She went above and beyond to try to help us fix my daughters phone situation, in the end we had to buy a new phone from Boost and if Misty wasn’t so helpful and pleasant I would’ve been angry to spend the money. My opinion of this store has improved dramatically because of Misty. Please let her know. ?”

The prices are not as advertised and they just treated me like I was some Foreigner with no money and didn't deserve home internet so, I I walk into T-Mobile and Brian helped me gave me exactly what I wanted and needed beginning with exceptional service inside the store! “This is an awesome place! I went in there thinking I shattered my back camera (I had him order the part and everything) and I did not realize my camera actually had a screen protector- and wasn’t actually broken. I felt so bad, but he was so nice and helpful. I offered to pay for the part but he waived it off and told me not to sweat it!
