Our first experience was great, very friendly staff and our dog loved it! This last experience had poor service. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there and opted to blank stare at customers obviously wanting help getting cookies from behind the counter.
The toys, feed, and accessories are all very nice items and there are options not available at larger corporate pet stores.

752 Mangrove Ave, ChicoI called a few weeks ago and I booked a grooming appointment for my little poodle mix to get a haircut. They were a little booked out but they explained that each groomer only works on one pup at a time so that explained that and also made me feel way more comfortable leaving my baby with them. I’ve attempted my own at home haircuts a few times recently so I figured I should get my baby girl pampered lol the groomer was so friendly during check in and listened to me ramble on about what I wanted. Barely over an hour later they texted me and when I saw my pup I could not handle it she looked so cute!! I’ll definitely be back for another haircut with these guys. So worth it!

2991 Esplanade #130, ChicoMy dog gets his nails trimmed at Mutt Cuts. He can be a handful and hates to have his nails trimmed. I've taken him other places and there have been times when the technition was unable to trim them. I have never had this issue with Mutt Cuts. They make quick work of his nails and he leaves very minimally stressed. I'm so grateful for these amazing professionals.

They are lovely, compassionate folks, and took great care of my older guy and all his special digestive needs. They were even able to trim his very overgrown nails, which no one else has been able to do (severely traumatizing for him!) They took good care of me, too. They offered me different options for his severe food allergies and itchy skin. He's very happy to be comfortable in his own skin again, coat growing back beautifully, and I think he likes his tamed nails as well?

She is flexible and communicative and our skittish and sometimes a bit tough to work with pup really enjoys her time with Adriana. She sends text and photo AND video updates every day and I genuinely feel so much less stress knowing my Lu is in She is our go-to sitter and walker and is an absolute gem of a person who loves what she does.

I was only here in town for winter break, and this place left me an unforgettable experience! I'll forever cherish this little cafe with all my heart. It makes me happy just thinking about it. This was also the first cat cafe I ever visited ?
When I come back to norcal, I'll always make sure to ask my aunt if she could take me to this cafe every time! It has a special place in my heart ?
(and Chestnut, of course, since he was stuck in my head for DAYS AAAH >•< )

City of Chico Animal Shelter
2579 Fair St, ChicoWhat wonderful people and staff!. When my co-pilot and best friend Flash died on a Sunday afternoon they were there at my time of need. They were there for me when the Butte humane society dropped the ball. I was able to bring my loving friend to them so they could handle the cremation for me. I was only charged $128 which was a blessing during my time of grief and The cremation was handled beautifully and I have a beautiful box with a place for a photograph of him on the front thank you so much. Now I have also applied to be a foster parent. And I quickly became an adoptive parent with my first foster child. This is the beautiful Sequoia my new friend and canyon hiking buddy. We bonded quickly and becoming the best of friends. She's wonderful about people and other dogs. She's enjoying her new life outside of the shelter enjoying our daily hikes into the canyon. Interacting with residents of my apartment complex. Writing in our little red sports car with the top down and bringing smiles to everybody that sees her.
