String Bead is a great bead store with a stellar and amazing selection, including a wide variety of high-quality seed beads. The presentation is organized and well-lit. Customers enjoy the experience of picking each bead out themselves and making their own bead mixes. The people that work there are very helpful, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. They offer many different classes in jewelry making, like beginning copper enameling, which are fun and highly recommended. While the high quality means it is a bit more expensive, it is not too bad. It is a shop you won't be disappointed in.
Went for the first time with my wife just to check things out since we come from a smaller town with no craft stores. This place had very good prices and the employees were super friendly and more than willing to answer any questions that we had. We ended up leaving with a loom and we will be back again!

they fixed a pair of earrings for me. bought fresh water pearls from there too. Nice store , the lady who worked on the earrings was helpful too.

Great service! Went in for something simple to hang my abalone from my silver chain, and they were very helpful and made me the perfect little silver hanger very quickly at a very reasonable price.
