I had a very good experience, our Equinox was in for a recall, I made an appointment ahead of time. Dan helped me as soon as I arrived, I walked next door to Walmart, and in no more than an hour he called and said it was ready! Great Service!

Made an appointment over the phone. Showed up a bit early. Was told that it would be an hour. Was driving out the driveway about 45 minutes later ! Under promise, Over deliver ! My favorite.... Oh, and the car was cleaner than when I drove in !
