“I want to report that my experience with OneWest has been beyond excellent due to the trust that was built with my "personal banker" Jeannie Valencia. I started out having an investment account with her as my investment counselor recommended I call her to open a money market account that at the time was offering a good rate. She was so personable, kind and professional that I felt she really had my back when it came to my money to the point that I took all of my and my husband's accounts out of BofA and transferred everything to One West and Jeannie. BUT I just went in there the other day to find out she is no longer with One West and that the bank will "assign" me another banker. I don't want just another banker. I've worked all my life for the money I have and will not entrust it to a stranger who is "assigned" to me. Sadly, I now feel I need to search for another bank in which I can receive comparable individual service (which won't be easy since my standards are now high)...BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!”

“This is the first stand-alone chase drive up ATM that have ever seen. My friend needed some cash after we went to lunch and told me about this drive up ATM. It was very convenient and easy to reach from the driver's window of my regular Toyota sedan. As they say in safety programs I would not use this late at night because somebody could come up to your car. Be aware of your safety, especially if you're a senior!”

“They are always helpful when I go in. Sometimes they don't answer their direct line immediately, but I call back. They are courteous and friendly. Hector is a great contact. I recommend him. To those who complain on this bank, take your accts. to the extremely, horrible bank on the corner of the intersection....x America. You'll really encounter bad practices and then you'll be grateful for Citi of Chino Hills. Citi adheres to ALL STATE REGULATIONS. If your credit card was lost or stolen, they MUST take action. They don't say too bad. If they guaranteed a bonus for opening an account, YOU HAVE THE RECEIPT AND PAPER WORK IN YOUR HANDS AS YOUR GUARANTEE. Nobody refuses to give business cards.
