Many which I was unaware of and didn't make use of, until now that she helped me understand. “Came in today with my daughter who needed to open up an account and a savings account , myself along with my husband and both of our sons have open accounts here at the US branch in staters bros we were helped by Vanessa Vasquez she is the one who we always ask to help us out , she is always super polite and generous and always answers all our questions , and always seems to have a very positive attitude after a busy day dealing with customers!!!! “I've been coming here since it was wamu. I use to feel at home but since since the change over and 3 inch glass separating me and the workers...I kinda feel like I'm an inmate or sorts. I still love them! I understand it helps protect them and I want to see them safe. Everyone here has always been good to me. Everything you can ask for in customer service.”

Very pleasant young lady, organized and ready to help. We are glad we stopped here and highly recommend this branch !”

“The bakery ladies, Vivian and Debbie, were such a BIG help ! I had ordered with a different lady in bakery and she had no personality whatsoever.. especially when we were trying to explain what we were going for and she basically dismissed what we were trying to show her. We go to pick up our cupcakes and they are the wrong color.. we were then taken care of by Vivian and she has customer service and did her best at explaining on paper what color we needed.. we go the next day to pick up our cupcakes and they are the perfect shade of toy story alien green ! A HUGE thanks to Debbie for preparing them beautifully and to Vivian for describing the cupcakes perfectly.”
