“The US Bank representative was friendly, professional, and acknowledged me as soon as I walked up. I went to this branch, even though there is one much closer to me in Eastvale, CA, that had horrible customer service. This branch, however, in Chino Hills, happens to be in a supermarket and despite all the commotion, the reps were focused and super nice. I'll return to that branch if I decide to continue banking with USB.”

“I had a great experience at the Wells Fargo Chino Hills branch. Jace, the teller, was actually the first one who noticed there might be something that could be improved with my account. He took the initiative to look into it and then introduced me to Jonathan, the Small Business Banker.
Jonathan was incredibly helpful. As a business owner, I truly appreciate how he carefully reviewed my accounts and gave suggestions based on my actual banking habits. He helped me identify ways to save and better manage my finances.

“Feeling like this is a Avery low key hidden chase. I love coming here because I never never have to wait for anything. They have a drive thru ATM which is convenient at any time. The inside is very big with at least three tellers ready for anything plus three atms inside ready for use if you want a quick in and out with your cash. Recommend coming here anytime”

I noticed that the overall rating here doesn’t truly reflect the high level of service provided at this branch. My experience has been nothing short of excellent.
I first visited on Tuesday, May 5th, to open an account. I was seen exactly at my scheduled appointment time by Dominic Modesti, who handled everything I needed with professional excellence.
I had to return today, May 8th, for a few other matters. Once again, Dominic was incredibly punctual and helped me resolve everything efficiently. He even took the time to introduce me to Jesus Castillo to discuss future investment opportunities.
If you are looking for dedicated and professional assistance, I highly recommend asking for Dominic. 10/10 experience!”

“This branch has 5 ladies working inside the small glass house, inside the supermarket. The market is quite loud, so you may have a hard time hearing what they are saying. This is a tough place for banking, but those hard-working and kind ladies are trying their best to keep this place organized and cozy.”
