Accidentally forgot some of my groceries in the cart, the manager went above and beyond looked at the cameras and told me exactly what happened. “Yesterday, 7/17/23, I realized I had depleted my Benazerphil (high blood pressure) meds. I had no refills, and my HMO doctor had not yet responded to authorize same. I spoke with the Pharmacist Cheryl and she said she would continue to followup with my HMO throughout the day. By 7pm, she called me at home and advised medicine was ready.I would like to commend her for excellent handling of the situation, by showing expediency, compassion, professionalism, and courtesy. I have been a SAVON customer for many moons!!”
