“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”
“We absolutely love this location!!! Sales people and cashiers are always super friendly, helpful and kind. Shoutout to Anthony and Matt at the garden center for helping me find my much sought after Manila Mango tree. Most especially Matt, who went above and beyond to find us EVERYTHING we were looking for and helped answer all of our questions. Matt, you are a rock star and deserve to be promoted and rewarded for such stellar customer service! We went to the Chino hills south location and the service there was complete trash-unfriendly, unhelpful and terrible attitude! We are so glad we came to this location. They never disappoint. “I love this store to find special gifts, home decor, party supplies, gift wrap, cards, art supplies, journals and of course, all the Christmas decorations I could ever need. Speaking of Christmas I saw decorations coming out on the 29th of April, wow! I was so excited to see that, I can't wait for Christmas again and I really don't mind seeing it so early in the year because I can just start buying little things months and months before Christmas.
