“We are 1st time homeowners and just had our home re stuccoed and painted. We were looking for a paint so we can add a color trim. Jessica helped us. She answered all our questions and suggested the best paint for our project. She was the sweetest! Thanks Jessica :)”

“I usually shop at the other orange big box store but my friend needed me to help her pick up a huge rug, plus I need some keys made. The rugs she bought was discounted 70% off. While I was there, I also found a large patio dining table at a gigantic discount. I was able to walk to the front to get a shopping cart to load up the dining table, Dave from Garden went to the garden section to get me the cart and helped me load the huge dining table and help me pushed it to the cashier. My friend was assisted by Yolanda from customer service and Drew and they were very helpful and understand. Drew even helped me load the gigantic dining table into the back of my SUV. What I've noticed is the orange big box store is catered to professional contractors and construction so they rarely have discounts whereas Lowe's is focus on the DIY'ers and regular consumers so they have to provide better customer service. And my experience is this Lowe's in particular has a get team. You'll be sure I'll be shopping here more often.”

“We found this company on referral from our contractor, and Pride Industrial's price was better than everyone else's! We had them do crown molding and replace all the cabinets in the kitchen, and everything came out great! The crew was very clean, organized, professional and courteous. They made sure to not bring in any dirty equipment into the house and were respectful of our home. I'm not sure how long other companies take to install cabinets, but I felt the crew at Pride Industrial finished the job extremely efficiently. The project was complete in under a day. The man who helped us, Peiter (yes, that's how you spell it!) and his crew provided great service and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.”

“This is where I almost always go. I was with Home Depot for 10 years and the service got super bad there. 10 years ago I changed to Lowes. Way better service. I went in to get some items for my house in Chino on Wednesday. I didn't think the service there could get any better because it is always outstanding! Ed who works in the Contractor area was super helpful. He actually walked with me to help me find everything I needed. Then Leslie and Isabel helped me with checkout. Best service I have ever had in any retail store. Then Ed and another young man loaded up my truck. I have a hernia so you can imagine how grateful I was. Thank you for another great experience at Lowe's. What a great team!”
