He met me in a very vulnerable and emotional state with a tricky phone situation at hand. He not only was so helpful and kind but he made me feel less anxiety about everything and made sure he could find options available within my budget. “Great price on my iPhone13! But make sure you remember to write down or ask for your PIN number. I forgot mine and now, Metro tells me that I need to travel back to the same Metro store I originally signed up at (which is far from me now) and reset my PIN there specifically.”

“Frias is wonderful he helped us when we were looking for phones. He also fixes all of our issues we cannot fix on our own. My boyfriend couldn't figure out what app was advising too many adds and how to clean up his phone. He went in and this guy help him so quick and he is super friendly.”
“I cane in because my messages app disappeared. The staff here helped me recover it as well as taught me how to navigate the changes that were happening on said phone. They were very patient and even offered me a new program so I upgrade my phone in the future. Thank you to the young lady Erica for helping me through all my troubles. When they came in he texted to let us know they were there and to come in at our convenience. The installation only took a few minutes and he did a perfect job. I highly recommend Johnson.
