Had to get a new number which sucked but overall the experience was simple and easy and Daniel helped make it that way”

“I had an issue transferring phone service from another carrier to Boost, and stopped by the Boost store in Covina (Arrow Hwy & Azusa Ave.) The service rep (going by memory, I believe reps' name was Martin) did an excellent job setting up service with Boost, which was a tricky situation for a number of reasons, knew all the work arounds to get it done, and was patient as it took a little time. Service was set up and working by the time we left the store.”

When they came in he texted to let us know they were there and to come in at our convenience. The installation only took a few minutes and he did a perfect job. I highly recommend Johnson.
