“I had an excellent experience getting my phone fixed at Smartfix. I brought in my iPhone 13 Pro because the speaker wasn’t working properly, and I honestly thought it would be expensive. Every other place I checked was charging around $80 just to fix the speaker. When I came to Smartfix, Sahil took a quick look at my phone and immediately knew what the issue was.
Instead of replacing parts I didn’t need, Sahil cleaned the speaker thoroughly, and within five minutes my phone sounded perfect again. I was shocked at how fast and effective the repair was. Even better, he only charged me $15. That level of honesty and fairness is rare these days.
Sahil was very friendly, positive, and professional the entire time. He made the whole experience stress-free and explained everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his work and about helping people, not just making money.

Most things are Chinese based still they speak English just lots of signs in Chinese ( inside the grocery store ) however it’s the area I live in.
Sick of Verizon wireless &the whole billing department is a scam. I saw the sign outside 4 lines $100 promo or 5 $120 that’s amazing my bill with Verizon has never been under $340 for 4 lines and I couldn’t do it anymore
Steven made it quick and easy literally QUICK AND EASY HELPED me switch over my phones without having to call stupid Verizon’s customer service I even got a gift this store is located inside the grocery “168””

When they came in he texted to let us know they were there and to come in at our convenience. The installation only took a few minutes and he did a perfect job. I highly recommend Johnson. “My experience at your Fullerton store was very positive. Daniel who helped me initially was very positive. I needed a new battery for my flip phone and he was very helpful about the process. Upon my return to get my battery installed i was able to get that done within 24 hrs. When I picked up my phone they were very busy but work was still getting done. As I was waiting, there were several other customers waiting. A very irate woman came in and Ms. Ponce came out to help her and although the woman went on and on but during everything, Ms. Ponce remained calm and let the woman go on until she was done and left satisfied. The store obviously needs more staff. However, my experience was positive.”

There are many cheap phone plans to choose from. I didn’t know that the monthly mobile phone bill at home is very high. Since I chose this store, every month It has saved a lot of money for my family. Now we have bought a 4-line package for our family of 4. It is cost-effective and cheap, and the data is unlimited.
