“I only come a few times a year to get my mail. The girl in the front is very nice and helpful. She made the renewal process a breeze, looking forward to many more years!”
“Such a pleasure dealing with Seth and his staff. Always come through. We've used them for years and years and always been happy with the Communication and product.”
“Been here a couple times to mostly return items and to ship/drop off items. Each time have been a smooth process. I'd say they're pretty understaffed, 1-2 staff members only but they work as quick as they can.
Interior is clean but can stack up pretty busy with all the boxes throughout the day. They get busy pretty often as well so expect some wait times during peak season/hours.
They recently added a self serve kiosks. I see some people using it to scan in their items to speed up the process. Love the addition overall.”
“i’m surprised by the negative reviews. I’ve always encountered friendly, professional service at this location. It’s not the only one I use, and I’ve noticed that other UPS shos also charge for tape, which seems to be a common complaint, judging by the reviews. There are also plenty of complaints regarding Amazon returns-people buy too much junk from them anyway.”

“I came to Parkway Postal because it was the place to get the job done right. I was nervous about shipping my expensive heavy coffee grinder to seattle but they were able to be attentive and very patient with my instructions to get it packed the right way and feel at ease. I want to thank the two ladies that helped me out today and I had a great experience with them!”
