5857 Pine Ave Suite B, Chino Hills CA 91709
“One of thee best and affordable offices in the entire IE. I needed a virtual office and everywhere that was virtual charged much more and was 100% online so little sketch. I came here and got a tour and was given the opportunity to go over what I needed the virtual office for. They also are very good at making sure the correct mail goes to the correct box (happens a lot at other places it doesn’t). I sadly moved so left recently, but they still texted me saying I got a letter and that is key!!! Many places just toss your mail, they still asked. I hope anyone looking for a virtual office chooses here. You won’t be disappointed.”

“I only come a few times a year to get my mail. The girl in the front is very nice and helpful. She made the renewal process a breeze, looking forward to many more years!”

“Been here a couple times to mostly return items and to ship/drop off items. Each time have been a smooth process. I'd say they're pretty understaffed, 1-2 staff members only but they work as quick as they can. Interior is clean but can stack up pretty busy with all the boxes throughout the day. They get busy pretty often as well so expect some wait times during peak season/hours. They recently added a self serve kiosks. I see some people using it to scan in their items to speed up the process. Love the addition overall.”

4200 Chino Hills Parkway Ste 135, Chino Hills CA 91709
“i’m surprised by the negative reviews. I’ve always encountered friendly, professional service at this location. It’s not the only one I use, and I’ve noticed that other UPS shos also charge for tape, which seems to be a common complaint, judging by the reviews. There are also plenty of complaints regarding Amazon returns-people buy too much junk from them anyway.”
