will never come here again, I mailed out my girlfriends warranty phone and threw away the receipt thinking everything was good. and now im getting charged $900 because they dont keep any records and the company stated they never received the phone. and theres nothing they can do to help me.

Unfortunately Kim, the store manager will not release items even if your name is not it, you have the tracking and you have the order number. He makes up store policies and will not give you the package even if you call corporate

I went to that location today 5/22/2026 for return..At that store the guy name kim gave me attitude and rude.. I don't want to give any stars for that location..I give Negative 5 stars!
