“honestly i went in expecting just another standard drive thru car wash, you know the kind where you rush through and hope it does the job. but wow they actually took their time and got every speck of dirt off my truck, even the dried on mud i've been ignoring for weeks. the lady at the front was super nice too she didn't try to upsell me on anything just smiled and handed me my keys and told me to have a good day. i dont know if i was just in a good mood but it actually made my day to have a clean car without all the hassle.
the price was totally reasonable for the amount of work they put in and the vacuums actually sucked up all the dog hair from the backseat which is like a miracle in my book. im definitely coming back here next time and might even bring my neighbor's car too.”
“Great car wash! The place is very clean and the staff are super friendly. I love that they provide towels for customers to wipe down their cars. Very thoughtful and convenient. I’ll definitely come back!”
“Everything worked pretty good. 4 or 5 stalls that all appeard to be working. 2.50 for quick wash, $5 for 10 minutes. Paper money, coins and tap cards all accepted inside the stall.”
“Great place get an oil change and you get a free car wash
They do a great job at both the oil chang and car wash
Friendly staff and great work at a good price”

“The Ultimate and Premium wash was the same as the Chino Hills! Now if you have this, just use premium touch free, that way there will be no scratches or go to chevron gas station in Chino Hills.”
“Was my first time here. The man not sure if it's the owner the cashier has so much positive energy he just brightened up the morning. The workers did a really good job on my car. Thursdays is their special day, $5 off it's $20.99 Plus whatever you tip. Best to bring cash so you don't get charged 49 cents for your debit card. I will definitely be going back here.”
“I've been twice to this place already and the employees here are always polite and welcoming. Unlike some other gas stations with rude clerks, this is one is very helpful while maintaining professional courtesy. Good customer service.”
“This is one of the nicest car washes I have been through as far as drive-through a go! We got the protect and shine, and that included my tires. The wash was relatively quick, and it drops you off right at the vacuums. The staff was friendly, and I even got a little care package, including a microfiber towel and dash wipes!”
“** Soft Touch Car Wash**
I've been a loyal customer of Soft Touch Car Wash for quite some time, and I can't recommend them enough! The customer service is exceptional; the staff is always friendly and accommodating, making each visit a pleasant experience.
The prices are fair, especially considering the quality of service they provide. Today, I opted for an inside detail, and I was blown away by the results—it looks brand new again! They consistently do a fantastic job, whether it’s a quick wash or a thorough detailing.
If you're looking for a reliable car wash that delivers on both service and value, Soft Touch Car Wash is the place to go! Plus, there's an amazing little restaurant next door if you're hungry while you wait, making it an even better experience.”

“Awesome car wash facility! And a big shout out to Joe and Tyler! These guys are professional, welcoming, and really care about keeping the grounds area clean by picking up trash and restocking the towels. Also, they’re personable and kind, making sure all of my needs were met! Definitely coming back to this car wash thanks to these guys. Plus, it’s all about supporting local businesses.”
