“I want to give a huge thank you to Luis, the manager at Prime Wash Express. He went above and beyond for me when I really needed a little kindness.
Luis knew that I’m in recovery and that I had little to no money at the time. Instead of judging me, he showed compassion, sympathized with what I’m going through, and encouraged me to keep up the good work on my recovery. His words genuinely meant a lot to me, and he even gave me a free car wash.
It may seem like a small gesture to some people, but to me, it meant so much. Sometimes a little kindness and encouragement can make a huge difference in someone’s day—and Luis reminded me of that.
I’m truly grateful to Luis and Prime Wash Express for treating me with respect and humanity. Thank you, Luis, for believing in me and encouraging me to keep moving forward. 🙏❤
Keep up the great work, Luis! You’re a great example of what customer service and compassion should look like.”

“Personnel were very nice. I did not have my card with me but they were able to look up my account so I could still get a wash under my membership. Vacuums and bays for car interior cleaning were week maintained and clean. Only complaint is it's hard to get turned around to exit through the cones. It takes a little back and forth, but understand why the cones are there.”
“Great wash, great ownership and maintenance. Car came out spotless. One word of caution though. They don't wash car tops with roof racks unless you sign a waiver.”
“This place is pretty well kept everything seemed to work right and I didn't have any complaints so I would recommend this place to someone looking for a quick wash on the go”
“Literally beyond impressed with the customer service and positive attitude I received from employee Laura,?I was extremely unsure which wash would be the best fit for my car and budget but she was very sweet and patient and knowledgeable, In addition the wash was itself was great quality and well worth it!?THANK YOU FAST5EXPRESS??”

“These guys are not only professional but have an attention to detail and goes over all of your options.
A couple years ago we (Ontario Professional Firefighters Association) was looking for an engine builder to put together a big block chevy for an old fire engine we were going to restore. They stepped up to the plate.
I've seen them multiple times at Pomona Swap Meet, and while out of uniform at these events they always remembered me by name!
They are really into customer service and putting together anything you ask and will go over different options based on your budget.
I will be needing an LS engine for my 1959 Corvette Restomod I'm building, I'm definitely going to make a visit to them , especially now that they have a dyno!
My 59 Vette build is attached. Extensive body work (fiberglass) and paint being performed by Corvette expert (Greg) at GTS Customs in Simi Valley, Ca.”

“Went to have my car washed, and their employee Robert, was the sweetest, most professional employee of theirs. He treated me with kindness and made me feel like I mattered and was not just another car.”
“I love my six dollar car wash. I have a suv and pay six dollars for a complete wash. Can't get any better than that. After it's done I pull to the side and wipe off the excess water and go. The employees are friendly too. Totally worth it”
“Worked well enough for $12!! And you dont have to worry about scratching! Just wish water pressure was a bit stronger to get rid of the hard to clean bird droppings. However the 7 Eleven worker understood my concern and allowed a 2nd wash at no charge!”
“I got a trailer wash out fair price and was in n out pretty fast . the employees were nice and very helpful which made my experience pleasant alsooooo they have a drivers lounge w shower and bathroom which is super convenient and thoughtful.”

“Brought my car in for a full detail, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. The attention to detail was flawless—interior looks brand new, the exterior paint has a phenomenal shine, and they didn’t miss a single spot. The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. If you need your vehicle looking showroom-ready, this is the spot in Ontario. Highly recommended!”

“I enjoy using this place. My family is on the plan, and my boys use it weekly. I only wish they would offer Micro fabric towels for drying your car afterward, even if they were reusable like those I’ve seen at other car wash locations.”
