It’s not about making money, I seem to get a straight honest answer that I trust. If there is anything extra that comes up they clearly explain why the service/repair is needed now or can wait. “Fantastic service. Extremely knowledgeable with my Mercedes. I had no idea some Jiffy Lubes have a Plus (or something similar) after the name and do so much more than change oil, wipers, filters, bulbs etc. One of the tire pressure sensors was bad and lit up my dashboard. Drove me nuts. They changed all 4 incredibly fast and at a fraction of what I know Mercedes wanted to charge me. So worth it. Thank you and your crew very much Jay. You all rock!”

“I pulled up before they open sat in my car at 8am i got out of my car and a tech was already on his way to my car to.help. i was in and out in less then 30min. i had a plug put into a flat tire and the windshield wiper blades changed (much need but alway forgot about till i need them). The service here is top-notch I've gone into two other American Tires and haven't even gotten close to this kind of service. love this location”

I brought my 2009 Ford Escape to Mark’s Auto with a transmission leak, a motor leak, and a few other minor issues, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, they were extremely detailed and thorough about everything that needed to be done. They took the time to explain each issue in a very professional way and broke everything down so clearly that I actually understood what was going on with my car and why.
They were upfront about the costs, walked me through the entire process step by step, and made what could have been a very stressful situation feel easy and manageable. They truly held my hand through the whole thing. On top of that, they even gave me a discount, which I was very grateful for.

The Great Owner of the Shop “Sarkis”came out and checked it out himself then he’s technician and him figured out my release cables were burnt and the latch was broken.
