The phlebotomist was very skilled, and tightly wrapped the needle insertion point after, which was successful in preventing bruising but more importantly hematomas I have gotten last 3-4 times at Quest! Thank you!”

“This location is one floor below my doctor's office. I saw my doctor for a pre-op check up and needed some blood work. I checked in as a walk-in at about 8:50 am. There was no one else in the waiting room, and I was called in within a few minutes and was on my way out by 9:05 am. Later in the day, I might have had to wait a little longer. This was my first visit to this location -- and I usually schedule my lab appointments in advance.”

“Took my kids there after being exposed to covid, had to wait an hour in line, small inconvenience compared to other walk-ins/drive ups, and I got my results before I got back home. Beats making an appointment 2 weeks out and still waiting 2 days for results ?Guy giving the test was informative and answered our questions with NO attitude, gave me multiple receipts to submit to my insurance (which they honored) ... can't complain about any part of it.just a side note ... do your research, when you call this place, they tell you what they charge for the tests. if you're caught off guard, that's on you, not the facility. and as far as attitude, 9 times out of 10, you get what you give. kindness matters”

“Rita is the best! I don't like getting blood drawn because my veins are hard to find. She did a great job and got it on the first try. I get anxiety from the expectation of three tries with needles rolling my veins and the tech having to get someone else to try. None of that happened this time, I am grateful.
