“A surprisingly pleasant experience! I’ve never felt motivated to write a review for a medical lab, but this place is different. The building is modern and extremely well kept. The staff were all incredibly helpful and friendly. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, considering they are “walk in” only. Places like Quest might be more convenient with online scheduling and multiple locations, but I’ll be coming back here in the future.”

“I had to get blood work done for my annual physical and there were 3 choices: the Upland, Pomona, or Anaheim office. I was in the area and had already fasted so I chose the Upland office. I was told by my doctor that they don't accept appointments so just walk in. The office is small and holds about 10 people. The wait was about 10 minutes which was fine with me. I was able to find a seat and wait.”

“I haven't had bloodwork done in years and decided to go to this location. If you have an appointment, coming here is a very simple process. I made a morning appointment a few days ahead and was given email and text confirmation. For some reason it made two appointments for me at the same time, so the system may have glitched that day. I uploaded all my information in advance and an hour before arriving received a text message to click on a link when I arrive. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment as recommended and checked in on their link which is way easier, I didn't even have to check in on their QR code. They don't have a front desk staff and just the digital check in station, but a woman did come out and went over a list of who was standby and who was appointment and helped anyone whos name wasn't called. The inside was clean and gave me DMV vibes, but it seemed like things moved pretty quickly. Maybe a couple minutes after my appointment time I was called in and the woman taking my blood was so friendly. I told her about my nervousness and how I've passed out in the past. She was very understanding and kept checking in on me while taking my blood. I was done pretty quick and received an email after with an option to create a Quest account and see my results in a couple days. This location was pretty busy for 9am on a weekday and most of the people were stand-by. I highly recommend making an appointment to get things done quickly and especially since there really isn't a front staff to talk to. My experience was great though and I would come to this location again.”

“I specifically only come to this Quest location and it's to see Juliette. All other staff have been great to me as well but Juliette is amazing. I do not like getting blood drawn at all and she has made the experience so much better for me each time I've seen her. She talks me through it each time and makes sure I'm ok through the whole process. In fact, I just got many vials taken the other day and between my anxiety and the amount of blood taken I began to pass out. Juliette was so quick to get me everything I needed and made sure she stayed with me until I felt better. Added bonus that I've never once felt her stick the needle in, because she's just that darn good. 10/10”
