Their service can't be beat they come right to our lab, do the calibrations on site, sticker our pipettes, and provide full calibration reports that are required per our quality system. We are in Long Beach and they will come down from San Dimas to our lab account for all of our pipettes get them calibrated and even refurbished on the spot.”

“I recently visited Ontario Testing Center in Ontario, CA to get my DOT medical examination done, and I had a very positive experience from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated since time is important when you're in the logistics business. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, making the whole visit smooth and stress-free. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and comfortable. Everything looked well maintained, which gives you confidence right away. During the examination, the doctor was nice, polite, and respectful. She explained the process clearly and treated me with professionalism, making what can sometimes feel like a routine hassle into a straightforward and easy examination. If you’re a commercial driver needing a DOT medical exam, this is a solid place to go. They also provide fingerprint services, which makes it convenient if you need multiple services handled in one location. Overall, a well-run, professional testing center that I would definitely recommend.”

The phlebotomist was very skilled, and tightly wrapped the needle insertion point after, which was successful in preventing bruising but more importantly hematomas I have gotten last 3-4 times at Quest! Thank you!”

She calmly asked me questions that got me out of my head and she was so sweet to my spouse who kept me company. Overall it was a great experience. The waiting room was clean, the bathroom was clean and everyone was helpful when I got lost after leaving the restroom.”

I arrived 40 min before my appointment—and I’m glad I did. They called me in 20 min before my scheduled time. This caffeine addict was fiending for a coffee at that point.
This is a utilitarian urine and blood collection point. Don’t go in expecting five-star staff smiles from a human at the front desk.”

“The staff here was very nice, patient, and professional. We brought our 3 kids here for a blood test. You know kids and needles. Our youngest child threw a fit, but the staff was very understanding. We have been to other places in the past where the staff gets mad and tells us to just come back another day when kids don't cooperate.
I highly recommend this location. They know what they are doing and good with kids. Got everything done on the first try. I didn't get the phlebotomist name, but he was very good. Knew where to poke. Quick and easy. Less than a minute and we were done.”

“Scheduling online was fast and convenient. I was able to check in on my phone while we parked. The waiting room was ample, clean and hand sanitizer available with kiosks for those without smartphones.
There was DMVish announcement board showing your place in line.
I only waited maybe 8 minutes past my appointment and was promptly taken to a private draw station.
The best part was my phlebotomist Cari who was excellent at her job.
Friendly, informative and most of all, highly skilled in venture!
1 stick and no hematoma, which I’m generally not accustomed to!

“This location is one floor below my doctor's office. I saw my doctor for a pre-op check up and needed some blood work. I checked in as a walk-in at about 8:50 am. There was no one else in the waiting room, and I was called in within a few minutes and was on my way out by 9:05 am. Later in the day, I might have had to wait a little longer. This was my first visit to this location -- and I usually schedule my lab appointments in advance.”

“Took my kids there after being exposed to covid, had to wait an hour in line, small inconvenience compared to other walk-ins/drive ups, and I got my results before I got back home. Beats making an appointment 2 weeks out and still waiting 2 days for results ?Guy giving the test was informative and answered our questions with NO attitude, gave me multiple receipts to submit to my insurance (which they honored) ... can't complain about any part of it.just a side note ... do your research, when you call this place, they tell you what they charge for the tests. if you're caught off guard, that's on you, not the facility. and as far as attitude, 9 times out of 10, you get what you give. kindness matters”

“During my recent visit for a shot, I was thankful for the patience amongst the nurses. Her approach made a significant difference in easing my anxiety about the procedure. She was able to read my emotions and helped me remain relaxed throughout the process of receiving my shots. The nurse picked up on how nervous I was and responded in a gentle way to make sure that I was less anxious throughout my shot. What impressed me the most was how she didn’t rush things at all even though there was a long line in the waiting room. She took her time and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I’ve had shots before where the nurse just wanted to get it over quickly and that made me more anxious but this time, the nurse really took it step by step. Throughout the whole process, I felt respected and cared for which is something I usually never experience when taking shots. I left the appointment feeling relieved and the nurse’s patience and positive attitude really taught me the importance of what is needed by professionals in healthcare. They are the ones that can change a stressful experience into a positive one.”
