The salesperson was so friendly and kind And she rang up our purchases and offered me to get the emails so I would definitely go back..”

“Such a great place for pocket knives and watches, especially when they go on sale, you can get them for under $20 and they make the perfect gift. We have bought various camping supplies like mats, tents, sleeping bags, stoves, coolers other fun things like boogie boards, floatation devices, pool games/supplies as well as various clothing. We take advantage of the sales on jackets, shoes and other apparel. There have been times we get special personalized service when they aren't too busy an employee will actually shop with us showing us where everything is that we need and offering suggestions. We really enjoy shopping here more than other sporting goods stores.”

“Not sure why there's so many bad reviews about the customer service because I have always had a good experience there. I want to give a shoutout to the young man that works in the bike department. He is very chill, professional, and helpful. He was very helpful when I went in to get a bike for my kid a few months ago, and was helpful today 1/5/2024. I went in and purchased a bike rack. Pretty expensive. Upon opening it I noticed that many parts were missing. I called and explained the situation. They told me to bring it in. They was going to give me a refund, but I asked if I can just exchange it. The young man brought another over. We opened the box to inspect it, and that one was missing a few stuff as well. He brought another one and that one was great. Everyone was apologetic and helpful.”
