“Absolutely, amazing experience! I traveled with a group of Boy Scouts from NJ to this SSI location for their scuba certification. In part due to their scout friendly program and the experience of being in LA. The staff was amazing, the training was top notch. The scouts and leaders had an amazing time. Now that we are certified, we are even considering going back out over a weekend for a another boat dive.”

“Had a fantastic experience at WSS! A young associate named Lisette (I believe that was her name sorry ) went above and beyond, making at least 10 trips back and forth to find the right sizes and styles for my son and me. Her attitude was amazing the entire time, and honestly the whole staff seemed genuinely eager to help. On top of that, they offer a military discount, which was a huge bonus for us. Thank you to the whole team, my family and I will definitely be back!””

“My father and I shop here oftenely and for good reason. The staff is chill, the deals are good, and the overall atmosphere is better than that of other stores in the mall. I myself came here the other day and I bought myself these nice black and white new balance shoes that were marked at 75 but they actually cost 40 before tax. COME HERE NOWOWWWW”

“Lids Montclair location is better. This is the kind of Lids store people should be shopping at. A huge thank you to Amaya for making my experience so enjoyable. She was welcoming, friendly, attentive, easy to talk to, and went above and beyond from start to finish. I’m very indecisive, and she was incredibly patient while I kept going back and forth between my choices. She even let me compare different colorways and grabbed another hat in the same color when one didn’t feel quite right, making sure I left with the perfect one. If you want a great shopping experience and want to enjoy your purchase, come to this location. The customer service here is outstanding. I’ll definitely be shopping here from now on. Amaya deserves a raise, and corporate should know what an amazing job she’s doing. Thank you again for your patience, kindness, and for making this such a great experience!”

“What's with the reviews?1. It's here now dummy.2. There's gift cards dummy.3. ???4. ?????Here's my review:The place is just fine, the employees are nice and although it has a small selection compared to a full blown Finishline or other shoe store, it's still a decent little place to get some nice athletic shoes while you're in the Macy's.”

“The service was good. It's a little expensive there. It was not busy there. Did not wait in line. The place is clean. There is enough parking place there. That place did not open ten a.m.”

“I came to this location on a Tuesday this week and was a bit indecisive but looking for a certain type of shoe. The store associate Bruce was super friendly & helped me find options to look for as he had to make sure they were in stock as well. I came in unsure I was going to even get any but luckily he helped with everything I was looking for & I left rlly happy with my experience & shoes that Bruce helped provide!”
