“I’m a bit late posting this but what do they say “better late then never”
Years ago I saw a Vanderhall in Tennessee. Not knowing what this vehicle (if you can call it that) was I knew I wanted one! I kept doing my research and learned they were going from gas to electric this is when I knew it was the time to purchase one. I searched the internet for the particular color/interior combo I wanted. I reached out to 2020 motors who had exactly what I wanted and immediately received a response in regard to all my questions. Kraig sent me videos, walked me through all the paper work and help me set up shipping from California to Tennessee. We kept contact through the entire process and even after.
Kraig whom is the owner showed honesty, reliability and integrity through out the entire process. The car arrived earlier than expected and was everything I wanted.”

“QNQ is a good company. Pro:I appreciated that they were able to work with me getting the vehicle inspected by a 3rd party, since I live out of the state of California. They constantly communicated any changes or updates. They refunded deposit within 24hrs.
Con: I didn't appreciate getting a text message about if the deposit was sent at 2am.
Overall: I decided not to purchase a vehicle with them due to finding a another vehicle closer in location and cheaper. I still would recommend them, they might the vehicle you are looking for.”

“Third time making a purchase at STG. They have a nice selection of luxury vehicles. I had a specific vehicle in mind that I wanted to see. I made an appointment with Danny Diaz. I was able to check out a number of cars considering I only wanted a car in black. I chose the Audi Q3. I traded in the Range Rover. The process was very fast and easy. The car still needed to be detailed and serviced so I picked it up 6 days later. Very happy once again with the service that STG provides. Everyone has been very nice to work with at STG.”

“The service here was absolutely amazing! I called Monday, 8/17/2026, hoping to get an appointment for my car service before I had to leave town for a work trip. I was initially told the first available appointment would be in the first week of September, but they worked with me to get me in much sooner. That was such an incredible help!
When I arrived for my appointment on 8/20/2026, the staff was phenomenal. I worked with Leslie M., and she was absolutely incredible. She went above and beyond to help me and ease my mind by keeping me updated throughout the entire process.
Leslie called me within two hours of dropping my car off to let me know the diagnostic was complete. She explained that they were waiting for my warranty company to approve the claim and that they were already ordering the necessary parts. My biggest concern was how long the parts would take because of my upcoming work trip.
Then, around 4:30 p.m., Leslie called me again to let me know the warranty had approved the claim, the parts had arrived, and they had already installed everything! My car was ready for pickup that same day. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly everything was handled.
The customer service, technicians, and entire staff were incredible. They worked so efficiently and did an amazing job. I cannot thank Leslie enough for going the extra mile, rushing the process, and keeping me informed every step of the way.
And to top it all off, when I left, I realized they had even topped off my car with gas! What an amazing and unexpected blessing.
