Contacted Rory on Wednesday afternoon and she was able to coordinate with my bank to secure the Tesla I wanted would be available for me to drive back to San Diego. Coordinating the trip wasn't easy and I didn't want to waste a trip, but Rory made the deal happen and now I'm on my way out of the Norco in my new (used) 2022 Tesla that I'd been eyeing.
