“Took my 2018 Ford to the dealership when the check engine light came on. I was over my warranty by a few thousand miles, which meant I had to pay out of pocket. My car sat there for 7 days, NO ONE called me, and they wanted to charge me $9500 to fix the problem. I even called Ford to see if they can make an exception since I've had 3 cars with them in the past. Nope. “IMPECCABLE. HONEST. GREAT WORK! i got into an accident south of the border and had to lug my car back to SD for repair. I live in LA, so i had to call around various SD body shops for quotes and pray for the best. The damage was extensive and i was seriously considering junking the whole thing because the repair quotes i was getting were so high and not worth repairing the vehicle. Was not feeling great about it all ... until i called Mario. Mario saved my car!! He asked for photos of the vehicle, spelled out my options (including junking the car!) and gave me rough price quotes. I towed my car over and he confirmed his estimate, gave me a rough time frame for completion, and set my expectations in the likely event we'd find hidden damage. He was very accommodating with making payment over the phone and providing regular updates throughout the process. I just got got my car back and it looks BRAND NEW. Honestly never looked better, even when i bought it. I'll post photos soon of the excellent work they did. I would even consider driving down from LA next time my car needs work. Can't exalt their virtues and skills enough. 10000% recommended.”

She had to go to teach her class but I wanted her safe so we stopped in at the 3rd and Palomar Auto Zone .The manager José asked how he could help .Right away he took out his meter and hooked it up to the car and found the problem out fast .We bought the part and he walked with us out side to our car and showed us how to replace it .Jose was so nice and helpful also my daughter tried to give him a small token for his trouble and he wouldn't even think about taking it. Now that's super service!”
