“I have used this dealership for over 30 years. I appreciate the excellent service & staff so I was very dissatisfied with my last visit on 8/2/24. When my vehicle was done I noticed the driver side window sun shade was on the dash. The passenger shade was missing the suction cups. The window had been rolled down, the shade inserted & rolled back up. This is how the shade was holding! I was very upset and notified the service technician. They searched the car for the missing suction cups, brought out the mechanic, another service advisor then the manager. After talking in circles manager Arturo Jaimes tells me to go buy the suction cups, bring him back the receipt & he would reimburse me. Why should “I” have to “fix” their lack of care for my personal property. The lack of accountability from this manager was upsetting.
Finally, my service advisor Henry Samaniego came out & took the time to really listen to me. He had checked the video they took of the vehicle upon arrival & confirmed the sun shades properly installed on my windows at drop off. I gave him the Amazon link to replace my recent purchase. He went above and beyond to make it right. He replaced the sun shade’s & notified me when they arrived. THANK YOU Henry Samaniego for your patience, professionalism in your ability to resolve such a minor issue.”

I recently brought our Subaru Ascent into Dalton Subaru for what I expected to be nothing more than a routine oil change. During the inspection, our Service Advisor, Brian Jenoriki, discovered several issues that required immediate attention. Thankfully, every repair was covered under our extended warranty, saving us from what would have been nearly $1,600 in repair costs.
In addition to the scheduled oil change, the technicians repaired a leaking lower oil pan, replaced both front sway bar end links, and replaced the rear differential front member mount bushing. Throughout the entire process, Brian kept us informed every step of the way. He clearly explained what the technicians found, what needed to be repaired, and handled the warranty claim seamlessly.
What really set Brian apart was the way he genuinely took care of us. Knowing our Ascent would need to remain at the dealership for the repairs, he arranged a rental vehicle for us for the entire time our Subaru was in the shop. We never had to worry about being without transportation, and that level of customer care made a stressful situation incredibly easy to manage. Brian made sure we were taken care of from start to finish.
Brian's professionalism, honesty, attention to detail, and outstanding communication turned what could have been a frustrating experience into an exceptional one. Instead of simply performing the oil change and sending us on our way, he ensured our Ascent was thoroughly inspected, repaired correctly, and returned to us in excellent condition. It's reassuring to know there are still service advisors who genuinely put their customers first.

“These guys were great. I have a 2009 Mustang GT with a glass roof which had been struck by a rock on the freeway. Spent 10 months looking for a replacement. No one could help me, no dealership, no garages or salvage yards the glass had been discontinued by Ford years prior. Peter located one in Georgia had it shipped here and two days later it was installed, and as a bonus his installers tightened the shade screen head liner that now glides perfect. Thanks again Peter and your crew for a great job. I recommend them highly, I'll be returning to have other work done on my Mustang.”

My insurance was trying to give me a run around and long story short I knew I was in the right place from the moment I started talking business with them . “This place is great. I work with a nonprofit organization and we fix up about eight cars a month. We probably get 90% of our stuff from here. They almost always have what we need I think maybe once or twice in the past couple years I asked for something and they didn't answer. Prices are great qualities great warranties are great I work with Miguel Whenever I Call over. Once they get to know you and know that you're going to show up if you order ahead of time it'll be sitting at the counter waiting for you.
