Looks like a fantastic store, but rude and careless associates. They were more focused on their continuing their conversation, then actually greeting/helping their customers. Complete turnoff, and hope management is able to correct issue and better train employees so they don’t continue to lose business.

This place has the kindest workers and they're all so knowledgeable about which food works best for animals. I have an elder cat who isn't eating much and their recommendations have been so helpful for getting her back into normal condition. HIGHLY recommend stopping by here.
