“I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful salesperson, named Sean. He was very helpful with my search for the right mattress and answered all my questions. He let me shop without tailing me or trying to hard-sell me but let me know he was available when I needed him. I did purchase a mattress and foundation and was able to get a quick delivery date. This was my second purchase from Mattress Firm and both times went very well.”
“First off. If you are shopping for furniture and you’re on a budget and looking for good quality. This is the place to shop at. I literally drove to every furniture place in San Diego and no one can beat the deal I got here. I’ve worked closely with Darren multiple times this year and he has gone above and beyond to take care of my family and I. I did a special order with him and it turned out to be amazing. I never really leave these types of reviews but buying furniture is stressful and expensive in this place gave me the best deal in San Diego and trust me. I did a lot of research. “Maria the sales person was absolutely amazing! She was kind, personable, and so Knowledgeable on all the mattress models on the floor. She took her time to explain the different types of builds and makes of the mattresses I was interested in. I never felt like she was trying to sell me something or push me to buy right away. She was so kind and respectful and let me tell you, you dont find a lot of people like her out in the sales world! She is terrific! She explained all the payment options to me to where it was easy to understand. I am so happy to have bought my new mattress from here! The bed had me hooked but maria made me feel happy and anxious free about buying. If you find yourself in need of a new mattress or pillows or anything related, i would highly recommend coming in to see her so she can help you to a goodnights sleep. “The store is cute and clean and the prices are unmatched! I found a couch from their store on facebook marketplace and they were incredibly communicative and invited me to the warehouse to look around. The store runners were kind and helpful, I was so excited when the couch I wanted came in a variety of colors. They are easy to work with over the phone and I am beyond excited to have my new couch delivered soon.”
“We found them through Facebook marketplace and communication was great. Aisha and Joel were super flexible and friendly and were able to meet up the same day we contacted them. We met Aisha at the store and she is so personable and kind— we were in a tough spot budget-wise and they were able to help us to find something we were really happy with and could afford! We were able to try all the mattresses and didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all!
