“I rented a 10X25 last July 12 although I didn’t use it until the 19th. First month was half off but second month full price . On the third month they increased again. If not for the price increase every month, I would have stayed. They have an awesome staff especially Idalia. Aaron also waited for me to checkout last night. Facility was clean and very near me. I recommend for short term no more than 2 months as the price is unaffordable from $250 on the first month went up to $603 by the 3rd month. It was convenient because it was on the first floor double access. Their hours are giood 6-10pm
everyday and don’t close during Company event like the one on Eastlake. If not for the constant price change I would’ve rated it a 5 star. It’s clean and temperature controlled with lights in the unit.”

“I rent alot of storage units in different cities to keep tools secure and never even see an employee at any, very rare. At prime in Chula vista CA near broadway & main st intersection I had got to town on Thanksgiving and stopped by 3 prior facilities and although said open on website, no one to be found at any. Saw the blue prime sign down the street and zipped In, met and chatted a bit with Mr. Fernando who was very quick & efficient and got me into the yard before his next customer was coming in. He wanted to escort me to unit but he had customer so told him just point it out and I will find it. Well, I don't retain info well and got lost and went back laughing stating I hope this happens more than just me getting lost. He asked the kind lady if he can escort me as it was very close and dumped my tools and went in to enjoy holiday. On weds I saw a travel trailer and lot for sale and purchased it and wasn't sure about re renting a different space but met Robert and he's just as cool as Fernando. I know it's just a storage facility and they're considered a dime a dozen but I am so adamant about anything in life that the first impression is so crucial and they not only met the standard, they exceeded all expectations and you can bet next town I'm sent to work in, I will be googling prime storage and looking for that big blue prime sign! Thanks boys, good service has become far and few and it's so easy to just be nice and makes the entire experience so much better and smoother for both!”

“I like the convenience of having the storage on the first floor. This is the second time we rented this storage facility. The first time was in 2004. I must say it is clean and safe. The only reason I rated it not 5 stars because of their hours and days they are open. They close early on weekdays at 7:30PM and 6:30PM on Saturdays and Sundays. However, the office is open on Sundays that is a plus and they have water for free if you need it. I dealt with Sarah and her manager, Vanessa is the one who signed us up. On my last day, Monica and Alex helped me close my account. I recommend this storage facility because they are safe and clean . My only suggestion is that they don't close on Holidays and should have longer hours on the weekdays. The other storage family I am using is never closed on holidays and open until 10pm , 7 days a week. I don't mind the office close but at least let us access our storage space on weekends longer. Also, the entrance to the facility is short distance so when you enter some tenants beat you to the gate without putting in their code. Maybe they should think of an app tenants can use in going into the gate to avoid other tenants from backpacking. I mentioned this to the staff and they told me they will look into it. I trust they would.”
