“Jose was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable about the storage units here. Unfortunately, our unit was broken into twice, and the facility overall felt run down and poorly maintained. We decided to move to Golden Triangle Self Storage, which has been a complete upgrade. Everything there is clean, modern, and most importantly it’s safe and secure. We even applied for a new unit the same day we toured the facility!”
“Great service from Mike from start to finish. Very military friendly, he fought to make sure the Marine Corps flag was nice and clean on the instalation. Note to people moving in and out, they accommodate 26 foot moving vehicles otherwise the movers would need to park a tractor trailer on the street and manually shuttle it to the trailer. Great service, would use again and encourage other military folks to use this storage.”
“Best experience, met the manager and she’s a wonderful person, when I first entered she welcomed me in and it was my first time getting a storage room and she helped me through the whole process, she was easy to talk to, she also speaks Spanish so it helps for folks that only speak Spanish, so I’d definitely recommend getting a storage from this location.”

The unit I rented is 5x8. I just found a be unexpected and unnecessary having to buy a $10 lock when I already have one myself.
The way it’s made it’s like, you can’t rent without our lockers.

“Vector moving and storage are the best! Needed to do a local move. Had it scheduled about a week before. We had a four hour window which we were called within the timeframe about thirty minutes before their arrival. The two men were very polite and professional and answered any questions we had. They worked quickly and even went out of their way to help with unloading some items from the car that we had packed for the destination address. Everything was was done in under the time quoted. If we ever need to move again, this will be the first business we will choose.”

“I want to take a moment to give Public Storage… specifically the location at 1925 54th St, San Diego, CA a HUGE shout out!!!
There is a young lady who works there name Breanna… and it was because of her why I chose to do business there instead of any other storage company! I’ve been in customer service for well over 25 years and Breanna displayed extraordinary customer care and for that I am extremely appreciative!
My landlord gave me 7 days to move from one house to a small studio. In that short period of 7 days… finding a storage unit was one of my main priorities since I was downsizing tremendously! I chose one specific day to go visit storage companies, look at their units in person and make a determination. My first stop was public storage because it was right up the street from me. I arrived at 1:32… as I walked in Breanna had advised that she had just clocked out to take her lunch… I advised that I was just coming to see what type of units are available and wanted to get an in-person visual of some unit sizes but I could arrange to come back after her break. Breanna advised that it was okay after i insisted I could come back and she got straight to work…. She took her time with me by looking up some available units in the sizes I was contemplating and then she even walked me to 3 separate units so I could have a visual up close and personal. I had expressed that I did see the sizes online but for me it’s better that I see it in person. After Breanna showed me the units, she advised that if I was interested I could feel free to reserve online if I didn’t want to do it in person. As we went our separate ways, before I pulled off… I decided right then and there my storage unit search was over. Public Storage has all my essentials, perfect size unit, every unit is ground floor and a handy dandy app where I can conduct most of my business and even enter and exit the gate thru the app. Although it is not climate controlled… it wasn’t a requirement for me anyway…. But the way Breanna went above and beyond to take care of me when I was a “lost puppy” in search of a storage unit really warmed my heart! I am big on customer service… it has been a part of my life and makes me who I am today… so thank you Breanna! Also, Victoria the site manager made my official sign up process (after reserving online) pleasurable as well. She was very communicative and had me in and out in a matter of mins. I appreciate this location, the employees as well as the company!!!”

“We needed a storage unit last minute and only for a short term. Finding this location online and being able to book the size we needed, late, on a Sunday night came in clutch! The facility was safe, clean and it was easy to find our unit. Once we emptied the unit, Matt called to confirm that we were vacating. He also allowed me to return the lock and key as we were only there for a month and refunded the cost of the lock. Thank you for the ease and convenience and the amazing customer service!”
