“I have had my boat here for about 1.5 years, and have never had an issue. Overall, I love this place, but it's a dirt lot with no water and no electricity. The 24 hour access is great, but what would really be awesome is that they pave it and allow you to use/buy water and electricity. In addition, the rent just went up by about 25%.”
