“honestly best storage place ive ever used, if you need a unit just go here and stop thinking about it. the staff was super helpful from day one, helped me pick the right size and even gave me a deal on the first month, the whole place is spotless inside and out. i drove around a few other spots before this and none of them felt as safe or clean, the gates work great and ive never had any issues with my stuff or worrying about it. it was just easy, no hassle, no hidden fees, everything was straight forward which is rare these days becuase alot of places try to trick you. definately going back when i need more space and telling everyone i know.”

I stored my RV at Toy Storage for the past year and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The office staff is super friendly and knowledgeable—they truly meet all your expectations and are always willing to help with anything you need.
What really stood out was the peace of mind. After dealing with thousands of dollars in damage from theft and vandalism at my previous storage facility, I was initially nervous. But at Toy Storage, I never had to worry. They do an excellent job securing the property with two staff members on site 24 hours a day. That level of constant presence makes a huge difference in preventing theft and vandalism.
I’m super happy with the entire staff and the facility. If you’re looking for reliable, secure RV storage, I highly recommend Toy Storage. They’ve earned my business for the long term!”

“I rent alot of storage units in different cities to keep tools secure and never even see an employee at any, very rare. At prime in Chula vista CA near broadway & main st intersection I had got to town on Thanksgiving and stopped by 3 prior facilities and although said open on website, no one to be found at any. Saw the blue prime sign down the street and zipped In, met and chatted a bit with Mr. Fernando who was very quick & efficient and got me into the yard before his next customer was coming in. He wanted to escort me to unit but he had customer so told him just point it out and I will find it. Well, I don't retain info well and got lost and went back laughing stating I hope this happens more than just me getting lost. He asked the kind lady if he can escort me as it was very close and dumped my tools and went in to enjoy holiday. On weds I saw a travel trailer and lot for sale and purchased it and wasn't sure about re renting a different space but met Robert and he's just as cool as Fernando. I know it's just a storage facility and they're considered a dime a dozen but I am so adamant about anything in life that the first impression is so crucial and they not only met the standard, they exceeded all expectations and you can bet next town I'm sent to work in, I will be googling prime storage and looking for that big blue prime sign! Thanks boys, good service has become far and few and it's so easy to just be nice and makes the entire experience so much better and smoother for both!”
