Everyone we encountered was kind and welcoming to my furry friend. Check-in was smooth and attentive, and the nurse who prepped us for the vet was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and answered all of our questions with care.
Then we met Dr. Brenda Cotto López—she was wonderful! My pet tends to be nervous around strangers, but she was so patient and gentle. She took her time with him, made sure he was comfortable, and thoroughly explained everything from diet to flea prevention and heartworm disease. I felt completely at ease and never rushed.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I left feeling confident and well-informed. I would absolutely recommend this clinic—and especially Dr. Cotto López—to any pet parent looking for compassionate, knowledgeable care!”
“I was actually at the Banfield in Pensacola Florida although the App thinks I was at the Eastlake Hula Vista location. In any case the Banfield in Pensacola was wonderful, staff was all very knowledgeable and friendly. I took our little dog there while on a road trip after she developed a limp that only got worse as time went on. She was diagnosed with a possible sprain and is doing much better now with some anti inflammatory meds.”
“All the staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. They smile, have great eye contact when talking to you & care about your family member. Quality of care is excellent. Front office area is extremely clean with zero offensive odors. Examine rooms are also very clean. No visible worn or torn furniture. Only minor issue..2nd time she has chewed thru her leash :(”
“I've taken my cats here before but now the prices are so high. They said they raise it every year. Its over 120 for a visit now and rabies shot about 70$. Other vets have visits for less than 100 and rabies shots for 20 or less. Crazy $$$$. The service here is great and that's why I love it, but I going to have to change vets because of the cost.”
“Yesterday, after completing a wonderful grooming by April, I was told she was suspicious of an ear infection with my maltipoo, Luca. I immediately walked over to the Banfield desk to ask if a vet might be available to see him. Within 15 minutes we were brought into an exam room and Dr. Pno came in. She introduced herself, observed Luca shaking his head and proceeded to examine him. She swabbed his ears, with my permission and carefully and knowingly explained a course of action. She took my questions and comments with patience and courtesy, Her assistant told me of the cost of treatment. I felt relieved that Luca was going to get help and was very pleased with the compassionate care he was given. I do wish Dr. Pro was a regular veterinarian there!”

“I am so happy that I made the decision to bring a stray cat that I wanted to take in to Dr. Bischel and her team! After spending months earning his trust, I was finally able to capture a stray in my neighborhood and wanted to get him the vet care he needed. Unfortunately he wasn’t able to have a routine neuter because of an anatomical defect, but Dr. Bischel and her team were able to make it possible for him to have an abdominal surgery to be neutered as well as address his other needs as a previous stray. Throughout the entire process, everyone at the clinic was so kind, encouraging and took the best care of our Kedi, I truly felt like he couldn’t be in better hands. They helped guide me to ensure he had a strong recovery, and I am happy to share that he has grown into the sweetest, most affectionate and happy little boy thanks to Dr. Bischel and her team. Thank you Dr. Bischel and all of the Eastlake Village Clinic staff for taking the best care of Kedi, and I hope you know how you truly transformed his life for the best. It is much appreciated.”

“I got my cat neutered here about a year ago. Due to the great service of my first visit, I came back to bring my cat for a wellness exam and vaccinations. I was nervous because my cat is a sweetheart at home but doesn’t do well with other people. Even though my cat was hissing and growling they were still being so patient with him. Dr. Dworak was amazing handling my cat. She took the time to give us some advice on his diet to prevent future health problems. My husband and I were really impressed with the whole service. We were worried because we didn’t know how well they would handle my cat’s behavior. The Front desk were very nice and the assistant that helped Dr. Dworak, was so sweet. Usually many people aren’t patient with my cat and are so fast to judge due to his behavior. That’s why it made me so happy how well they treated him. I will definitely come back for any more services my cat may need. This is a place you can trust! My cat means the world to me and seeing how well they did with him warmed my heart. Thank you for the lovely service.”
