“So I already got the tires here, I appreciate the pressure check in the tire rotation and those are the reasons I got my tires here, yet what I’m finding out every time I visit is the upsell effort, if it’s not bolts, it’s windshield wipers, It’s alignment. It’s always something… and it’s getting really annoying. This will cost me enough to buy tires here again. Will they listen will they care, probably not”

“I called to see if I could get a screw removed and if so, get my tire fixed. I spoke to Ronnie, and he said come on down. Ronnie came out to check the car, we went back to write it up. He said it would be about an hour at least, and they got it fixed within 45 minutes. No charge for repairs. I will go back and get more service work done like an alignment and new tires when I need them. A big thanks goes out to Ronnie and the entire team.”
