“I went to the Costco to return a set of chairs that I purchased online. The chairs were so large that they had to be placed on the top of my forerunner. I had no idea how it was gonna take the chairs down when I got there. I got double lucky. A parking spot opened up right adjacent to where the carts were located. There was a flat cart that was large enough for me to be able to put the chairs onto it. The last great thing was that there was a shopping cart attendant at the location where I parked and was willing to help me get it off my car. I can’t tell you how thankful I was with my experience. The return process was very easy and I did not need to have my receipt present.
The one other thing that was really nice was that the line was very quick moving and it didn’t take very long to get my return completed

“This place has some great finds and excellent customer service! A lot or maybe all is from Costco and you have to look a bit but def some diamonds in the ruff there. Scored some generic Uggs for $20 and slippers for $10, both new. Also scored a pair of new Vuori joggers for $50! Staff was so helpful both times and during my last visit today, my rear window basically exploded in their lot, due to some crazy defect. Anywho, they came out with a bag and one of them even helped to sweep my car out. Highly recommend Daves!”

“Today I had tire valve stem that needed to be replaced ASAP! As the air was gradually leaking it was around 7:30 pm andpat tire shops were closed after going to my local tire shop I was told they couldnt help because the tire stem valve is connected to A TPS sensor, tire pressure sensor. So I decided to head on over to the Costco tire center where A J at Costco Tire Service Center helped us us with the most kindness ever mind you they were getting ready to close up for the day and the repair wasn't all that expensive. This guy greeted us with a smile from ear to ear very very respectful and helped me get on the road in a few minutes now that's what I call customer service. If anyone on a higher level is reading this, this gentleman needs to be promoted! Couldn't be happier thanks AJ! You're the best!!”
