“Saeed saved us, our trip is on. We picked up a Toyota Tacoma from Longmont Colorado at the 1st and main Street LM3 site. They screwed up big time! It took her an hour and a half to find the truck on the lot. It was filthy, and we got pulled over because the trucks tags were expired. We picked up another vehicle in Rocklin, California. Avis helped us out beautifully, thank you Saeed!”

“I rented a vehicle from the 3rd to the 11th. The price I paid was very reasonable. My experience with this specific location has always been good. The manager is easy to talk to the staff is very professional. I'm greeted as soon as I walk in even when it's busy. I was told it would be 30 min wait...didn't take that long. Never had an issue with any vehicles from this location. After I dropped off my rental they gave me a ride home. I appreciated that cause I was going to walk lol. I recommend enterprise ONLY if you want NO shenanigans NO hidden fees or NO bs. Expect exceptional customer service and an experience that will leave you headache free. I won't rent from anyone else. Thank you Enterprise.”

“I recently rented a truck from this location, a Dodge Ram. I reserved it 2 weeks prior and I had zero issues getting it. The gentleman and the very helpful lady who just started working at this location was very helpful! I believe her name was Kayley. She was very friendly. I felt bad because they were ready to go home at 5pm and it took a little longer to explain some things about the 2025 Ram truck we rented. I read some bad reviews about this location, but I’m here to tell you she is making a difference already! Thank you kind LADY!”
