“This location has a nice selection of vehicles with friendly efficient staff that get you in and out real quick. I did have an issue with returning the vehicle but that was due to returning the vehicle to Audi while picking up my car. The issue was addressed with a quick call. Great customer service!”

“I have rented from avis/budget at this location twice so far both we good experiences. They were quick easy with no mess let you chose what car you like out of the ones in the reserved class that were available. I never had any problems with drop off and they are open till noon on weekends, which was good for me as a drop off time.”
“I needed an SUV (4WD or AWD) for week trip to Utah. After reserving a vehicle online, I went to the rental office on N. Sunrise and was told that they did not have the class of SUV I requested. I was offered a minivan which would have not been adequate for the snowy conditions. The person at the counter called another rental office who had the SUV I was looking for. When I got there, the counter person assigned me a vehicle, but I was hesitant on that particular vehicle and asked if there was any other SUV and he checked and found one. Perfect! Once we found the vehicle the rental process was easy. The return process was easy, and I will look to Enterprise again for future rentals.”
