“I’ve stayed at all the Motel 6 in Sacramento area and this is the best one! The gentleman that checked me in was nice and let me look at the room before renting . The lady’s that clean the rooms are very kind and helpful . They do a great job cleaning and bring fresh towels ect to the rooms daily. Great service!!!

“Just left a two day stay at this hotel and it was excellent! We came with a large group of teens for a nearby conference and the staff was polite, helpful and friendly. We have stayed at other local hotels and this one stood above the rest and was also very affordable. It was excellent. Angelina and her team were so accommodating and kind.”
“Stayed here for a local concert at Thunder Valley Casino Resort and had 0 complaints!!! Service from the staff was great! The room was clean and quiet. The free breakfast was some of the best hot foods I've seen. The hotel was also decorated nicely in holiday decor. Highly recommended!”

“We stayed here last night and loved the atmosphere. The rooms are very clean. My husband would prefer a room on the non freeway side next time - although neither of us woke up from the noise). The breakfast was delicious and had a big variety. I love the efforts with the hot chocolate bar (truly so fun with many extras), holiday tree, and holiday music - none of which dominated, but was a beautiful background. We didn't have time to use the cute firepit outside, but we could see it. Gym could use a little maintenance, but there were some good machines.”

I stay at the TownePlace Suites by Marriott on Fairway Drive often, and every single time feels like a true staycation a home away from home. I work at the property I live at, so being able to decompress somewhere that feels comforting, welcoming, and peaceful means everything. This location gives me that exact feeling every time I walk through the doors.
I want to personally recognize Abby because she consistently goes above and beyond. Every stay, she treats us with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. She’s a huge part of why we keep coming back. Because of her, I haven’t even bothered trying any other hotels in the area I’m more than satisfied with the service I receive here.
In property management, we always say: One bad experience gets told to ten people, but one good experience maybe gets told to one. Well, this is one of those experiences I want to shout from the rooftops. Every visit has been exceptional through and through.
On a street full of hotel options, the service here is what sets this place apart. If you’re looking for comfort, kindness, and consistency, this is the place to be.
Five out of five stars and if I could give ten, I absolutely would.”

“The view from the third floor was a nice add-on. In the morning Ms. Julia had such a radiant vibe and even though she didn’t know much about tire chains, she was super kind and helped us the best we can. “the hotel felt very old. carpet was well used and could be seen coming up in the hallways and near elevators. top floor is for long term residents. design was very dark colored wood and carpets were decades old along with furniture. otherwise, linens and towels were clean but thin. complimentary service was pleasant and attentive, location is good and across from the popular waterpark. linens and towels were clean. breakfast was unusual in that your choices from the normal items were required to be submitted on a piece of paper the evening before and you had to choose a time for pickup the next morning from the lobby. coffee and juice were available in the breakroom. parking $10. no pool”

“The Executive floor had a nice, relaxing lounge that offered free sodas, water, fruit, and snacks. This was a great bonus that made the visit even more special. Overall the room appears pretty basic, but it had great amenities that made up for the decor. The hotels bar and restaurant is fabulous. The price is what you would expect to pay at an upscale restaurant, but if you don't want to travel to the nearby restaurants, this is a perfect solution. I really enjoyed the properly prepared cocktails and overall ambiance of the restaurant. This hotel is upscale, has security, and the customer service was friendly.”

“The check in was very quick and the guy who helped me was very nice. I feel bad because he was the only one working and it turned out the hotel sold out and the elevator went out. It was only 1 guy running the whole place so props to him. He helped me very quickly and was nice and answered my questions. Overall it was a good experience for me, they extended the courtesy to let me check out at 2PM which I appreciate!”

“It’s an older hotel but nice. The gym is pretty good. The DB’s go up to 75 lbs.
The breakfast burrito is legit. Can make that 2 meals if you split it.

“This hotel has pretty much everything. It is pet friendly. If you have a dog they have first floor rooms for guests. Making it easier for pet parents to take their dog(s) to go potty. They have free breakfast and laundry. The rooms have a kitchenette with a dish washer. Their housekeeping and maintenance are on top of keeping the rooms clean and maintained. To top it off they have free cookies and dog treats for the dogs.”

“We were able to get a room at the last minute on a Saturday afternoon, took only 5 minutes to check in. The room was small, but cozy, clean, and well-appointed. Management was great! Will definitely stay again. :)”
